Fabrication
Our process uses a blend of advanced manufacturing techniques, including computer numerated control (CNC). From custom extrusions to sewing the shell and creating each rack, every Hardsider is built with an attention to precision that borders on obsession.
Precision
Engineering
Each Hardsider is assembled in Cincinnati, OH, using aircraft grade aluminum for durability and resistance to rust, with no rivets or wood. We 3D-scan every truck year, make, and model to guarantee a perfect fit and seamless integration with your vehicle.
